Provide Sales support for Wireless Departments inside Big Box retail locations for all major wireless carriers

• Direct responsibility for driving Sell Through of Monster Cable Products at #1 CE Retail Chain.• Regular store visits and store walks with retailers leadership teams to impact sales.• Develop sales materials, plan-o-grams and POP for placement in all stores.• Ensure delivery of Training, Merchandising and Mind Share at over 900 retail locations.

• Contract creation and negotiation for 3rd Party Labor Companies/Merchandising Service Organizations.• Budgeting of annual cost of administering program and building out initial P&L for the department.• Analyzed vendor activity by day by store developing plans that improved their sales and reduced their cost of programs.• Created and implemented procedural standards and guidelines for 3rd party employees while in stores.• Minimized time spent on approval process for vendors saving critical time allowing for speed to implementation.

• Budgeting responsibility for $3.2B P&L on key SG&A expense lines, revenue and margin lines for 80 store market.• Operational responsibilities for 80 store territory inclusive of all labor, scheduling, hiring and training.• Sales and merchandising responsibilities for front of store driving UPT’s and ASP’s.• Operational responsibility for over 30 in-home technicians and 2 repair facilities inclusive of P&L responsibilities.• Supervision of 7 district level and 1 regional level direct reports..

• Purchase entertainment software products direct from vendors for over 80 Stores in support of sales analysis.• Manage inventory levels, inventory turn, returns rate, GM$ and GM% for entertainment software products.• Negotiate vendor programs maximizing GM%, back end dollars and returns allowances.• Create advertising, marketing and merchandising programs in 3 Top 10 DMA’s. • Place print and radio advertising buys with multiple outlets.
