Working for the Release Train Engineer, I am responsible for the successful deployments of all applications within the department’s portfolio. This includes several critical enterprise applications such as Maximo and Smallworld.

• Manage portfolio of complex electric and gas utility applications within the GIS space. Interact, support, and direct activities involving internal business customers, external software vendors, and corporate information technology teams.• Experience managing technology production support activities and customer relationships and support interactions related to electrical and gas utility software including GIS applications from GE SmallWorld, Integraph G/Technology, and ESRI.• Manage complex technology projects related to electrical and gas producer/supplier systems. • Developed knowledge of geographical information systems and computer aided design tool systems in addition to other energy management related systems.• Responsible for vendor management including statement of work creation and negotiations. Technical Lead and overall Product Owner on the Web Indexing Tool (WIT), an online indexing application written in C# and ASP.NET, which associates a scanned image with search criteria (such as an SSN and brokerage account number) to be used for our a web-based image viewing application (IRF).Technical Lead and Lead Developer on the XAI application, an automated version of the WIT tool written in VB6.Participated in project estimating on both applications.I was given a key role as the Technical Lead in the rewrite of the XAI application to the Batch Indexing service, which ported the application fromVB6 to Java.This included:•Ownership of the technical analysis and documentation•Setting up and running design meetings with the project team•Working with our offshore development team and coordinating their development efforts into the SIT and UAT environments•Managing the relationship with our business partners during the UAT phase.

I took on product, project, and technical ownership in multiple areas across 3 separate front end applications. Lead Developer for all developmental work as well as overall Product Owner. Responsible for technical architecture and design, analysis with business partners, development efforts, maintenance, and support. I also acted as the technical lead and project manager for a major rewrite of the application. I managed the workload of two contractors to assist in the development work and deployment of the application. I worked with the database team, support team, business partners, and user community. I designed, developed, and managed the rewrite, along with the contract resources, which involved traveling to and meeting with users to gather requirements and establish an SLA, assessing the current product for areas of improvement, addressing bugs, dealing with project deadlines, and implementing multiple new features. The rewrite was done using Visual Studio.NET in C# and ASP.NET

I worked on several projects for our online account setup application (NASA) used by internal Fidelity associates. NASA was developed within Visual Studio 6.0 using ASP and VB6. I often worked with multiple business partners to document requirements and organize testing efforts. I coordinated the integration of the code with the Production Support and Database Services groups to ensure a timely delivery of the application. My main focus was working on an online indexing application (WIT). I worked on several projects, usually acting as the main development contact with various groups. I would often have to setup meetings, facilitate my own builds with production support, and synchronize testing with internal users.

Designed, administered and authored content on the Internet Operations Center Intranet, as well as on more than fifty client web sites. Job duties also included web publishing and training employees on how to create their own web pages using Microsoft Front Page2000. Developed and maintained content for a national retail call center’s intranet site, as well as eight departmental web sites.
