Part of the C++ firmware development team for the internal startup designing the new Multi Jet Fusion 500/300 series 3D printers. I've been a part of the team from the prototype phase through the production phase. The printer is designed to print high quality full color durable 3D parts for rapid prototyping in the manufacturing, automotive, and prosthetic industries.In addition to development work, I'm the main triage point of contact for firmware technical issues on the printer. I work with a team of subsystem experts to triage the difficult customer issues and quickly provide solutions in a fast paced high priority environment.I also travel globally to customer sites to provide their engineers and technicians with on site technical support and training of best practices with their engineering workflows and processes for using their 3D printers.

Both were designed to last for 20+ years, without rebooting, in critical infrastructure substations that power cities around the world and keep the lights on.

Run all technical aspects of live events for an event center, including a sound board, video mixer, light board, remote cameras with a recording station. When not working live events, I film and edit company videos, convert videos to compatible formats for presentations or DVD creation, design graphics and provide AV support for conference rooms.

Mostly I took the photos. While editor I managed the photographers, organized which ones would cover which story for the paper. I would then edit their submitted photos and select the ones that would be printed. I also worked with the other editors to make sure to get the photos that were needed to match the articles that were being written. When the other photographers weren't available to get the required photos, I would go out and take the pictures.

Installed, moved or removed phones, internet jacks, and wireless internet for buildings throughout the campus as needed.

Created 3D animated fluid and particle FX in Maya and After Effects for a short film titled Death Wish where Death touches a little girl's soul by granting her fondest wish on Christmas Eve.. We were nominated for a LEO award in the category Visual Effects for a Short Drama for this work.

Created ID cards for students. Dealt with accounts for student organizations.

I gathered elements and footage to composite into scenes where I utilized rotoscoping and corner pinning. I also created realistic particle effects which I would composite in as well.

I modeled a Chicago style city in Maya, including skyscrapers and a suspension bridge, for the background of a movie titled "A Few More Nights."
