The manages the Emerging Technologies and Innovation practice for the CTO to define the road map for adoption of new and valuable technologies including artificial intelligence (concentrating in areas of conversation AI, machine learning, and robotics process automation), virtual reality, block-chain and crypto-currencies.Launched the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) pilot program and coordinated planning and execution from multiple departments throughout the company.Hired and assembled team to pursue excellence in innovation by focusing the creative application of technology on real-world business objectives and technology strategy. In 2017 was the named lead-inventor on 4 US patent filings (or IDF) in areas including Loyalty, AI, virtual reality and fraud prevention.

Leads the overall adaptation for network related technologies. Manages data network architecture department (design), voice network architecture department (design) and converged instrumentation (tools and metrics).Responsible for overall design and implementation of two new data centers networks for Synchrony Financial.Drives the culture of service delivery with a strong emphasis on only building process and procedures that are supported by data & results; eliminating ineffective processes in order to streamline and simplify work environments.Building a strong engagement model with other IT teams based on simplified repeatable processes to ensure quick and timely deployment and predictability in implementations.
