As a Server in the lounge, I bring 110% customer service to each customer so they can have the full experience at Benihana when they come in for lunch or dinner.

The customer places the order through us and we do the work for them. This is an AYCE sushi restaurant but we also provide teppenyaki/hibachi meals as well for non-sushi customers. We are highly interactive with our customers and never let our customers down.

The key goal of this job was to assist customers with issues with their phone devices or any other Sprint related product. This would go from a simple troubleshooting or in depth investigation that would help the customer with their problem. The main objective was to make sure all customers were satisfied with their experience and solutions that we provided.

"Pure NiteLife Entertainment" is a local Minnesota promotional group that handles events and parties at downtown local bars/clubs. They all work locally and team work is key in the promotional company. Each month there would be two events that the company hosts to help promote the sponsor's venue. As a team we would create advertisements and marketing strategies such as: Video Promotion, Flyer Promotion, Word of mouth promotion, and Event promotion (Via. Facebook, Twitter)These just some of the examples that the company has done.

The merge flow position is the key to the stores function. As a merge flow, we are the one that takes care of the shipment that comes in daily. We accept the shipment and organize the product in proper order. (ie. Small - Larges etc.) We then cycle the product out on the floor to see if we can fill the product so that we can promote it and sell it. If the product wasn't needed to be put out we would bring it to the back of the store and stock it for future use.
