Account Representatives work to execute customer service strategies, initiating contacts with existing and potential clients, identifying their needs, and communicating with other departments in the company in order to serve the client and increase their ROI.•Communicates with clients, gathering information to qualify needs, and sales potential.•Provides information about InfoCision’s services, pricing, policies, and procedures that impact business transactions.•Evaluates changes in the clients’ needs and interests for purposes of defining and adjusting call strategies, and specific call objectives.•Analyzes and compares achieved results versus goals.•Analyzes the database to project program potential, i.e., number of calls, type of script, and use of value-added services.•Gathers, records, and maintains account information.•Oversees testing strategies to determine effectiveness of the scripts and expected program goals.•Communicates clearly and directly with the call center staff.•Suggests and makes recommendations to improve operations, processes, efficiency, and service to business customers.•Knows the metric status of the program•Trains call center staff campaigns.•Monitors programs or campaigns.•Offers constructive, analytical and objective advice on programming.•Communicates the needs of clients to other departments that will be working in the campaign implementation. Communication is ongoing, clear, concise and effective.•Uses InfoCision’s processes to manage accounts, track program results, define computer report formats, content needed to analyze results, planning tasks, and billing.•Approves the invoicing and payment of commissions.•Ensures that the department spreadsheets are consistent with the client memo reports generated.•Maintains client files to ensure client memos are in the right format.•Reviews and audits records.•Conducts periodic account adjustment to add new or existing accounts.

Assists in managing the day-to-day programs for assigned call center, and works with communicators to improve program results. Responsible for call center operations, communications, coaching and development of communicator staff. Duties and Responsibilities: This list is not comprehensive but meant to represent the most common or important duties of the position. Other duties are required and/or assigned. • Monitor and coach Communicators and provide feedback or corrective action to staff. • Maintains records and writes reports to monitor and evaluate program effectiveness. • Responsible for motivating Communicators; often accomplished through contests, games, and positive recognition. • Communicates with account staff to suggest script revisions, update on program status, etc. • Provide feedback on shift activities and progress at end of shift. Reviews performance with staff members, measures employee performance, provides feedback and coaching. • Ensures all company policies are followed and makes corrections as needed.
