Drove revenue and margin for existing products and services and instigated and managed product developments (and withdrawals); Managed several high profile product developments from preparing the original business case, writing the feasibility study and project managing through to launch. Developments involved managing the overall budget of the project, the supplier relationships, defining and updating internal processes and all aspects of internal and external communication; Directly responsible for all aspects of Profit & Loss for my product including run rate, sales pipeline, Cost Of Sale and Gross Margin, developing the forecast model itself and reporting my forecast at board level on a monthly basis; Managed revenue and margin of up to £65 million and £17 million respectively across retail and wholesale channels; Prepared and presented Product Strategy for voice products, including customer analysis, competitor analysis, revenue and margin forecast and proposed product developments; Driven new sales by ensuring all online product tools were up to date including T & Cs, Standards of Service, Bid Documentation and Marketing Collateral and Supported Sales in corporate, small and medium enterprises, consumer and wholesale channel both for acquiring customers and on-going retention. Major customers worked with include RBS, Standard Life, Glasgow City Council, Kwik Fit and Sky (reselling to large consumer market)
