I lead a multidisciplinary team accountable for delivering research support services for the University’s research community. The team consists of the research service desk, research budget support and service improvements team.Our purpose is to modernise and improve the support experience for all researchers and faculty research support teams. Partnering with research portfolio specialist teams, we convert offline processes to digital workflows leveraging new technologies.
