About David Hillan

I have many years of experience in dealing with all things tax-related, having left school to work in a small firm of accountants. I chose tax as a career as I thought it would be something that was always changing – and based on the increase and complexity of tax legislation my decision was certainly the right one.I have responsibility for the Birmingham office, as office managing partner, but I also head up our Birmingham tax team, where I provide corporate tax services to a range of organisations from startups to large multinationals. My specialism covers both UK and international tax, and advice on structuring, profit extraction and corporate deals.Outside of work I greatly enjoy spending time with my family and many sports – unfortunately spectating rather than playing.
