The process of creating transformative products begins by understanding the general landscape of pain and opportunity. Worked directly with the CEO and executive team on a wide range of company projects including: native apps, hybrid apps, web sites and other interactive media. My role was that of Senior UX Designer where I used my expertise to help concept new ideas, define scope, create backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, journey maps, personas, wireframes, prototypes, and artifacts for the development team.

Design agency excelling in the print and digital delivery services for small and medium sized businesses. Projects include graphic design, package design, UX, animation, usability, mobile development, and custom databases. From project creation to final implementation, we oversee all projects from beginning to end. Typical project life starts with concepts, followed by wire frames and mockups, user testing, coding, error testing and launch. As a small company, we are involved with all aspects of our clients projects which requires an ability to learn quickly and be competent in a wide array of disciplines and technologies.

Broke ground in new territory where competition was oldest newspaper in Minnesota and had deep ties and relationships with the city and its businesses. Spent two years establishing our publication working with local government and civic organizations. As a result of our efforts, ad revenue continued to rise quarter after quarter until my departure.

Assisted in the formation of a flexible fast moving sales unit formed to quickly address a wide swath of internal and external sales needs. This sales team was key to satisfying weekly churn figures and adding average $2.5M profit annually. Managed VIP accounts for Comcast Minnesota. Such accounts were then Mayor Randy Kelly, Senator Norm Coleman, as well as various professional athletes from the Wild, Vikings, Twins, and TImberwolves. Pivotal role in the effort to increase visibility and acceptance amongst growing ethnic communities in and around the Saint Paul area. Partnerships with Hmong Today, R.E.D.A. and other organizations increased ethnic customer base and satisfaction.
