This includes buying, selling, leasing, subleasing, financing, investing, sale-leaseback, and 1031 Exchange transactions. Foreclosure sale experience further distinguishes David from the competition. As a graduate of California State University Northridge, David feels that his Business / Accounting Degree, and initial career as an accountant with two CPA firms, allows him to appreciate the significance of the bottom line numbers to a real estate transaction. David's primary objective as a real estate professional is to assist clients in making the most informed decision appropriate to their unique situation.Fully half of David's business is with repeat and referral clientele. David has developed key relationships with other professionals he can call upon to serve his clients' needs. These include contractors, architects, lenders, escrow officers, title companies, appraisers, attorneys, and other specialists who understand commercial / industrial real estate issues and solutions to those issues. Prior to joining Delphi Business Properties, Inc., David was with The McDonald Company, one of the pioneering industrial brokerage firms in Los Angeles. A number of years in residential real estate and public accounting preceded David's entry into commercial / industrial real estate brokerage. Memberships in The American Industrial Real Estate Association, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, and ProVisors are a continuous source of new and creative ideas to assist clients in achieving their real estate goals. David is a native of Southern California, and lives with his wife Nancy, in Oak Park. Volunteering as a Program Lead with Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing Inc. (assisting disabled Veterans with physical & emotional issues through the sport of fly fishing), gardening and traveling are favorite pastimes.
