I am a technology generalist. I have been around various forms of technology since my service in the United States Air Force. The trouble shooting techniques and principles I learned while maintaining F-16's prepared me for a wide variety of technology I would experience in most of the environments I would be exposed to in my career.I have made repairs, performed maintenance and operated sound and light boards, microphones and projection equipment in the theater at my University as well various churches I have attended since.I have been an office manager at various jobs an in addition to a track record of successes in those roles, the task of maintaining the office technology has always been a role I have accepted. I have with my current employer since 2008. I spent 3 years on their Field Service Representative team providing either fill in or as augmented office services in several companies around the Atlanta area including printer maintenance, shipping receiving, legal library or initial onsite setup.Since February 2012 My company has had me assigned to clients as a Printer Support specialist. I have maintained their printer fleet over Multiple sites in Georgia area as well as remote support for operations in the eastern US, Canada and South America. My daily routine consists of pulling meters for billing, configuring I.P Setup for network printing, changing toner, changing fusers and ordering supplies and scheduling service techs for more intensive repairs and overhauls.I work with The client's windows team and network server teams to facilitate smooth communication between devices and networks both locally and nationally. In addition I am always willing to learn any new technology that is presented to me.Specialties: Trouble Shooting, Setup and operations
