Duties: • Report on promotional campaigns from an operational perspective in a timely, customer focused manner.• Act as a single point of contact and subject matter expert on promotional capabilities across the business.• Analyse and improve key payments processes and provide operational support when necessary• Act as administrator for payment provider, card acquirer and client account sites.• Detailed analysis of payment trends including deposit and withdrawal values and volumes and some post campaign marketing analysis. Skills:•Advanced SQL and PL/SQL.• SAP Business Objects.• MS Excel including VBA Macros.• Well developed understanding of the operational side of a business.• Effective management and control of numerous overlapping tasks.• Ability to make crucial decisions quickly based on a sound understanding of the needs of both the business and customer.• Knowledge of Customer Verification and KYC requirements.
