* Created, developed, and managed a streamlined PMO life cycle process which included several project management templates, IT portfolio demand intake process, and a value management framework * Trained SWN IT, SWN business partners, and external PMs on the use of all PMO best practices, processes, and models across a diverse set of business centric initiatives with a strong impact on organizational effectiveness* Coordinated monthly PMO review cycles with senior IT leadership, IT staff, SWN business partners, internal and external PMs to foster standardization and collaboration * Created and managed an advanced IT portfolio scorecard and project tracking tool to communicate portfolio status to senior IT management * Delivered a highly critical front-to-back energy trading and risk management solution (ETRM) for Natural Gas Liquids into the SWN Openlink (Endur) capability. Developed and managed a comprehensive hybrid project plan (waterfall/ SCRUM) by successfully gaining buy-in from key SVP level stakeholders and the primary vendor (ION). Project budget total was $4MM. Hybrid approach enhanced convergence and transparency within the implementation team resulting in efficiency, higher quality, and velocity. Speed to market approach will enable SWN to capture $50MM in gross revenue per month. Project was delivered under budget and on schedule* Successfully delivered a critical cyber-security initiative to transition the legacy SWN OT SCADA environment into a new segmented and “security hardened” solution. Program delivered two weeks ahead of schedule, under budget and void of end user disruptions to SWN operations. Project budget total was $1.6 MM. Performed a gap-analysis to resolve key capability deficits that led to strategies to fast track the program and deliver business capability models, use cases and functional designs to a core SWN business unit. Program was recognized as a finalist for the SWN President's Inspirational Teamwork Award
