The Wellbeing Service is a new social enterprise being formed under the government "Right to request" scheme. It is currently part of Ealing PCT and I assisted in preparations for its launch as a Community Interest Company delivering NHS mental health services.

Beyond Words is a social enterprise which helps people with learning disabilities to understand their world. It publishes an award winning series of books for adults with learning disabilities or communication difficulties. The books communicate through pictures designed to help people understand and cope with a wide range of challenging situations.I assisted the organisation to establish itself as a company spin out from St. George's Medical School.

The Director of Operations post was a new one at the charity funded by Esmee Fairbairn Foundation to support the WAVE Trust's 70/30 business plan.WAVE Trust was founded by successful business strategists, with expertise in psychology and clinical criminology. They have achieved a great deal by applying strict business principles to the problems of child abuse and violence.WAVE Trust is dedicated to reducing violence in our society by tacking its root causes, particularly child abuse and neglect which are the main causes of teenage and adult violence.By implementing economically viable and effective programmes this cycle can be broken, children grow up happier and society becomes a safer place. WAVE Trust's intervention models suggest it is possible to reduce child maltreatment in the UK by 70% by the year 2030. This strategy was adopted by the Liberal Democrats in their General Election manifesto.

Assignment as Business Manager of the Department of Clinical Neuroscience and the Department of Neuroimaging at the institute of Psychiatry, King's College London.

Worked at the Charles Hayward Foundation for 15 years firstly as Assistant Administrator (Director) then as Director. The Foundation is a grant-making charitable trust based in London which supports charities both in the UK and overseas. Areas of giving have included youth at risk & early intervention, medical research, special needs, criminal justice, older people, hospices, community facilities, the environment and heritage.
