Working remotely for the VP of the Business Continuity Risk Division of a multi-national Corporation. My role is two-fold in working with the Pandemic Risk Team on mitigation of risk under the current Corona virus scenario and helping prepare for a return to “normal” working conditions sometime in the Fall of 2021. At the same time, I am also leading the project to collate, review, record, and maintain critical Third Party Vendor details for all RGA Offices worldwide. Importing the information to a Fusion database which in turn will input to Service Now CMDB and add to current Business Continuity plans for each location.

I am responsible for planning, analyzing and executing Business Continuity Management (BCM) and IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR) across the Market Intelligence (MI) Division. Our focus is segment-wide, even across those applications we do not directly support, and under my guidance we look to achieve a level of transparency for our products from end to end. My role translates Corporate’s BCM policies into actionable benefit for the MI segment and will develop, administer and maintain compliant BCM and DR education, training and awareness across MI IT Operations and Engineering teams to improve our posture and minimize risk to the business. o Key areas of focus: Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, High Availability, Data Recovery, IT Service Continuity and Continuous Data Protection.

Senior Project Manager, responsible for the planning and direction of large scale, cross-functional, infrastructure projects. Additionally, as a Senior Project Manager I provide direction and oversight of our Internal systems Disaster Recovery program.

While riding across the country, I wrote a weekly newspaper column that was published in the local newspaper - Culpeper Star-Exponent. RTM Platform Project Manager (non-Associate)Handling an average of 10 different Card, Bank & Digital projects from the RTM Platform perspective, from Capacity Order to final Roll-out and warranty period beyond. Full SDLC using Waterfall and some Agile methodology. Create and manage project schedule, manage risk, oversee testing, provide weekly status reports, and escalate issues as required. As Principal Project Manager, I directed a large project implementing a new GIS system (replacing Legacy systems) within Local Government. Utilized 7 separate suppliers and virtual project teams. Fully integrated with intranet and internet technologies to give a public (external) presence to the application as well as inter-Department use.• Successfully delivered the $2m+ implementation of a suite of property based applications, including a complex data transfer from Legacy systems, for a Local Government body.• Developed a high performing, multi-disciplined Project Team, augmented with external suppliers, utilizing Matrix Management methodologies - a first at TVBC.• PRINCE2 framework and PMP methodology used to successfully implement the corporate property platform (CPP) based on ESRI GIS software. • At ease developing Information, Business and ICT Strategies; Business Cases; Feasibility Studies and Options Evaluations.• Robustly negotiated the overall Supplier contracts that were used to our benefit throughout the Project, resulting in free Consultancy and fiscal improvements.• Developed the concept of a Project Health check at TVBC to focus Project Management on Total Cost of Ownership and ROI, rather than initial implementation expenditure.• Promoted and expanded the original vision for use of the CPP, delivering additional benefits at no extra cost, in addition to reducing the ongoing maintenance charge per user.• Honed skills in people, budget and supplier management• Re-focussed the project management approach at Test Valley - increasing efficiency and effectiveness, particularly in the role and function of Project Boards; Project Management standards, Stakeholder management, and inter-service co-operation.
