Serve on this very active government affairs "arm" of the suburban Philadelphia Realtor associations, serving over 11,000 local members. As a Director, and having served as Chairman of one of the shareholder associations, work in a leadership role to carry out SRA's purpose "as a liaison between public officials and the real estate industry, we hope to work together to build our communities and ensure the availability of safe and affordable housing for all residents".Concurrent with this role, have served variously as director, committee member/chair, task force member with local, state and national associations.

Transitioned from corporate position with Conrail into start-up of individual businesses for Architectural Project Development and Management, and Residential Real Estate Sales.Provided Team Leader/Project Management/Municipal Plan Approval Services for Conrail projects, including:Design & Construction of $7 million buildings portion/Coal Funnel project. Developed individual real estate sales business, producing all the required sales, settlements and coursework for successful achievement of the broker's license.

BuildingsDesign and Project Management responsibilities included integrating requirements of a wide range of departments, and coordinating the various design disciplines, contractors, and governmental approval agencies for the successful completion of projects.Developed preliminary designs and cost estimates for approvals, put together Requests for Proposals for design-build contracts, then successfully assembled and coordinated the project teams through final design and construction.Lead the Specifications Improvement Team, in reorganizing and rewriting D&C contract specs. Results were faster production time, improved quality and costs.Worked with governmental and municipal authorities for site plan approval and permits for many projects. Challenges included wetlands, historical, waterfront, environmental and many other issues.
