I have had the pleasure of serving as Vice President at JE Portugal, the National Federation of Portugal Junior Enterprises. During my tenure, I oversaw three competencies: Communication & Media, Events, and IT. In addition to managing these areas, I provided guidance and support to three Junior Enterprises, ensuring they met their objectives and KPIs. In general, this experience enabled me to develop a range of leadership and management skills, such as:- Leadership and management skills by overseeing by overseeing three competencies and providing guidance to three junior enterprises;- Communication and media skills by creating and managing media materials;- Event planning and execution skills by organizing successful events;- IT skills by managing technology projects and ensuring smooth operations;- Problem-solving abilities by auditing junior enterprises and providing solutions to help them meet their objectives and KPIs;- Experience in strategic planning and execution by assisting in the development and implementation of organizational goals;- Time management skills by managing multiple responsibilities as Vice President.

I always wanted to understand the world of technology startups. So, as an intern, I helped to develop the Handbook of Nest Collective. This Handbook contemplates things like the mission, values, goals, guidelines, how to join, regulations, etc.Working on a fast-paced startup was an incredible experience, helping me being objective and have a global vision of the work environment.

ISCAC Junior Solutions is the Junior Enterprise of Coimbra Business School - ISCAC, being the only Federated Junior Enterprise of Portugal Polytechnic Education.During my year as President of IJS, we carried out a complete renovation of the brand, structure, processes, culture and core business. In this context, I highlight the presence among the finalists of the Most Promising Junior Enterprise of JE Portugal awards.
