During this exciting and interesting contract role, I was engaged to support ASQA’s new direction following the Government’s Rapid Review - focusing on provider engagement and education as well as regulation. Working with an experienced and motivated team, I was able to achieve and contribute to key deliverables, including: development and implementation of an overarching Quality Assessment and Compliance Capability Strategy; development of a Capability Framework for the key Assessment and Compliance areas; improved use of the organisation's Learning Management System; strengthening and automating ASQA's mandatory training process and compliance; improving ASQA’s ‘induction’ journey (orientation and beyond for both new and existing team members); and designing the process and framework for an Organisational professional Development program.
