CurrentManage data analysis and coordinated year-end performance management, bonus and merit analytics. Seek efficiency and improve reporting tools and processes, and ensure accurate data quality. Oversee year-end planning workbook tool for distribution to business leaders, create performance analysis, and produce employee compensation statements. Maintain and update headcount reporting database to include an expanding global workforce population. Provide analysis to management and business partners on bonus accrual and pool funding, salary wage and hour, and turnover.
