I am a Non Executive Director, Committee Member, Lawyer and CEO with over forty years board level experience (25 years on Boards) across the commercial, government and not for profit sectors with particular experience in the corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, technology and health industries. At board level, highlights include being a former Non Executive Director with Neurosensory Ltd where I contributed to the transformation and growth of the audiology business across the eastern seaboard leading to a successful trade sale. I am also a Management Committee Member with the Queensland Poetry Festival delivering an annual program of events across the state. I have previously been a Member of the Podiatrists Board of Queensland and a Non Executive Director for QL Inc.In an executive capacity I am a Principal with Bright Corporate Law, where I provide expert legal and regulatory advice and am the editor of the Australian Regulatory Compliance Review and developer of a successful ecommerce online courses website. Previously I was a Founding Partner of Langes+ Lawyers providing specialist regulatory advice for financial services clients and facilitated mergers. Prior to this I was the Founder of Jacobson Consulting where I led the delivery of expert corporate governance, compliance and training services for financial services industry clients. I also established a joint venture technology company which automated mortgage processing nationally. Finally, I am a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and have completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors course and am a Fellow of the AICD. I am also a Member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
