Managing the set up and development of The Broomhouse Centre's, catering social enterprise business, Crescent Kitchen. Initially producing a business plan to establish that the idea was viable and would support and generate income for the other projects at The Broomhouse Centre. Implementing the business plan and creating a brand and sales and marketing strategy to establish and grow Crescent Kitchen.Generating new business (catering for events, meetings, business lunches etc within Edinburgh and surrounding areas), account management and tendering and winning catering contracts (won tender in partnership with Sir Robert McAlpine to operate a café service to their staff on the redevelopment of the Edinburgh International Conference Centre and won the tender to run the café facility in Leith Community Centre).
