My life's mantra is to be fresh, bold, and positive. I've been extremely privileged in all that life has afforded me and am even more excited with what will come as my career progresses. As a Managing Partner at The Experience Advisors and CSPN, my role is to help organizations better understand how they interact with their customers and employees for the purposes of creating happier customers and better engaged staff. We are proud of our rich 20+ year history and the impact we've made in over 1,000 public and private sector organizations. My career and academic journey to date has taken me to over 55 countries, two universities, opportunities in executive management, corporate banking, special events, hospitality, entrepreneurship, board governance, and management consulting. At the Simply Group I worked closely with five business-units to grow across Canada where expanded our client-base to 100,000+ and assets under management to $750MM+ in 3-years.At Kira Talent I oversaw our finances, marketing, operations, and business development and helped grow the team from 2 to 20 people and onboard over 150 clients globally. Previously, I was a Corporate Strategy Consultant at Deloitte Inc. based out of Toronto where I focused M&A and growth strategies within financial services, telecommunications, public sector industries. Deloitte is the largest professional services firm in the world and offers unrelenting opportunities to learn and grow both personally and professionally while we over deliver on client expectations. I am also a founding partner with Stryde: a social enterprise devoted to inspiring the best in Gen-Y leaders early in their career.
