    • Managed and directed the Operations and Intelligence Fusion Cell during OEF-A XX resulting in 600 special operations missions across west and southwestern Afghanistan.• Insured biometric systems (SEEK/HIIDE/BAT) were utilized to their maximum efficiency during multiple combat deployments across the PACOM and CENTCOM AORs.• Implemented real world intelligence in support of USPACOM initiatives during a Full Mission Profile operation resulting in realistic training and combat preparedness. • In conjunction with the JIDA (formerly JIEDDO) representative, managed the training and distribution of hand-held systems during OEF-A (PSS-12/14/Minehound/etc.).• Ensured all subordinate vehicles during OEF-A and OEF-P were equipped, operational and maintained with CIED/RF capabilities (CREW/CVRJ systems).• Integrated the JIDA representative into all Operations; Mission Briefs, back briefs, Commander Update Briefs, Post mission briefs and analysis. • Managed over 146 operations within the United States and 78 operations throughout the Asian-Pacific area. Ensured all post-operation products were completed seamlessly.• Directly mentored and advised 36 personnel ensuring all administrative/operational requirements were achieved. Lauded by Supervisor for 100% compliance at all times.• Reviewed, corrected and submitted over 120 Risk Reduction plans resulting in all plans being approved and zero injuries during high risk operations.• Ensured 100% compliance for all Risk Management policies and procedures; received an exceptional rating from Headquarters Risk Reduction Inspection Team.• Managed an overseas Operation Center with 54 Inter-Agency and 3 Joint Service personnel in a high risk austere location flawlessly.• De-conflicted over 110 conflict situations utilizing effective communications between 3 geographical locations and 4 different organizations resulting in no manning losses.
