During this time, I specialized in maintenance and source exchange for Nucletron's brachytherapy equipment, as well as in maintaining Cobalt therapy equipment and Varian linear accelerators.Subsequently, between 2012 and 2014, I joined Elekta's team, making significant contributions to the maintenance of Siemens linear accelerators.In 2015, I took a significant step in my career by co-founding a company dedicated to linear accelerator maintenance in Brazil. Over the following eight years, I was responsible for establishing and developing the technical department, as well as training the team. As a service manager, I led and coordinated service operations nationwide, ensuring our clients received service excellence characterized by efficiency, accountability, and quality patient care.In 2023, leveraging my extensive experience and commitment to quality, I founded Innova.
