My education includes a bachelor’s degree in journalism and communications and an MBA program. I have worked in the wireless industry in various roles including, customer service, technical support, international support, correspondence, executive relations, chat and social media. In social media our team managed Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts with over a million followers. Executed successful Social Media strategies and campaigns that increased engagement and sales of products by over 25%. Collaborated with marketing and analysts on engagement for marketing campaigns. Provided a consultative experience to customers interacting on the various social media platforms. These experiences have created skills in social media management, content creation, social media strategy and collaboration.
