As a member of the field team at WEC, there was a variety of projects and skills needed to be successful in them. Possessing strong interpersonal skills helped me in a variety of projects such as phone-banking and working with a team to help train activists. I was also able to efficiently manage and update databases on industry standard software.

I am the current president of Phi Kappa Tau, overseeing the entire chapter. I am in charge of managing officers in the organization and ensuring efficiency both in meetings and in day-to-day work. I complete and file all paperwork related to the University of Washington and the national organization, both with timeliness and accuracy.

I was in charge of recruiting for Phi Kappa Tau. I was in direct contact with potential members, event planning and hosting. This served as anexperience to develop sales skills as the product in this case was joining the organization.
