I am a Strategy Analyst with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and data-driven solutions. I have a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad de Ingeniería & Tecnología - UTEC, and a Diploma in Habilidades Directivas from the ESAN Graduate School of Business. For more than five years, I worked at Austral Group, a leading fishing and processing company in Peru, where I coordinated and implemented TPM, Six Sigma, and quality management projects across multiple plants and fleets. I trained and advised teams on various tools and methods of continuous improvement, and analyzed data related to the projects' outcomes and impacts. I also participated in the Fourth International Conference of Lean Six Sigma for Higher Education, and won the first place in the student poster competition. My professional goal is to keep learning and contributing to the improvement of processes, quality, and competitiveness of organizations.
