Reporting to the General Manager I lead the sales team via the right mix of strong leadership and empowerment, driving our highly experienced and motivated sales team to meet our customers needs from our innovative suite of wear solutions products.I possess both experience, and an in-depth knowledge of the complete sales process covering; lead generation, relationship building, problem solving and closing the deal.Calling on my 20 years of technical sales experience across a variety of industries and products I oversee the daily operation of the extended sales department including; estimating, drafting, project management and client relations including;- Setting and implementing plans for achieving orders and sales budgets- Increasing profitability- Sales Training- Project identification & direct engagement with EPCM and Engineering companies- Key international account management and business development- Indonesian Business Development in conjunction with our Indonesian office, PT HMA
