• Collaborated with Brooke Alumni Support to launch a new Alumni Fund pilot initiative, helping to raise over $1MM from individual and institutional donors to directly support our students in college with small, unmet financial needs as they persist to graduation, alongside a data project to streamline our systems and improve our network's alumni advising efforts• Assisted the Chief Development Officer to strategize and execute on a $3MM-$4MM capital campaign toward constructing athletic fields near Brooke High School, including assessing campaign feasibility with stakeholders, conducting prospect research, creating a fundraising pipeline and writing/tailoring grant proposals.• Leveraged the year-end appeal (through direct mail and online channels) to catalyze individual giving for both of the above-mentioned campaigns, which each have raised the most of any Brooke annual appeal in recent memory.• Led on refreshing the visitor brochure, online giving platform, and setting up a persistent data sync between our Salesforce donor database and Constant Contact.• Managed a full-time summer intern in 2023 & 2024, inclusive of direct supervision, goal-setting, and delegation of projects that helped to add capacity in preparing for the coming school year

• Partnered with teachers and staff on an emergency COVID-19 Relief Fund appeal, which raised over $370K during the spring and fall of 2020 toward distributing direct $500 grants to families financially impacted in our school community.• Oversaw the planning and execution of the annual end-of year appeal, helping to raise $100K from individuals in fall 2019 through storytelling, light donor segmentation, coordinating a direct mailing, and pushing the appeal to our online audience via email, boosting Brooke’s online giving presence• Manage the institutional grants cycle for over $1MM in grants annually, including targeted grant-writing, info gathering, reporting and compliance tasks on behalf of the network of schools• Assisted Communications staff in overhauling Brooke’s brand and website in partnership with designers• Led the transition of donor database to Salesforce’s newer Lightning Experience, alongside fleshing out systems used to track fundraising progress and monitor grant commitment deadlines and deliverables

• Worked as part of a four-person team on the production of several clients’ successful ongoing digital fundraising campaigns, including one averaging $1 million plus in year-over-year revenue growth.• Communicated across the Accounts, Creative and Tech teams in order to execute on strategic decisions and scheduling adjustments as needed for each campaign.• Handled email set-up, sending and final proofreading: learned several email marketing platforms, edited email HTML code in Adobe Dreamweaver, and carried out light constituent database management to ensure up-to-date email lists and audience segmentation queries.• Organized and curated slide decks for client presentations and events where the agency shared fundraising learnings/ best practices.

• Took on the duties of neat, concise Daily Press Roundups, monthly bibliography updates for the partners and assisted with more detailed press dossiers to be delivered every two weeks.• Digitized older studio files and organized places for newer ones in the press/financial archives; handled news and press info on the studio and tracked appearances in periodicals on and offline.
