I strive to be the opposite of my negative interactions. I often find myself saying good detailed professional and accurate assistance in anything related to human services is a constant struggle. Ive been in the people business for a while and have developed interpersonal-able skills through my trained ability to establish a baseline for an honest exchange of information which helps create shared and comprehensive understanding. In a nutshell I have the hyper ability to establish effective communication which I believe is the key many are missing. Habits of thought become those of action. Anyone can learn the job but i add that personal pride of belonging which makes my conduct and contributions the example to emulate.
