This includes providing information management services for the company to maximize the effectiveness of technology across the enterprise utilizing cloud based servers, SaaS applications and hosted telephony. This also includes direct supervision of IT staff both local and remote.

Introduced governance standards for capacity planning, virtualization, budgeting, and services security. ● Completed an Infrastructure rebuild that included complete architecture design, implementation and migration. Core components: Cisco switching, EMC San, Cisco UCS, VMWare Horizon, Checkpoint Firewall, APC power management, VoIP LYNC phone system, system backup.● Be accountable for measuring and optimizing application and infrastructure performance, and to initiate and lead recovery actions in the event of a system failure.● Provide leadership, direction and guidance, creating and maintaining a productive work environment and ensuring staff have the appropriate skills and tools to perform their jobs.● Work with IT managers ensuring that infrastructure plans are consistent with department protocols, policies and goals.● Develop and review technical service level standard for equipment and its lifecycle, standard operating procedures. ● Participate in vendor assessments of advanced technology techniques and processes including beta and field test participation and provide performance reports on vendor proposals and capabilities.● Establish operation level agreements and objectives.● Maintain existing service level agreements for the organization as well as for applications of service.● Enterprise Security Strategy Architect and SME● Safeguard the enterprise from any threats throughout infrastructure (Viruses, Malware and Spam or other intrusions to the system) by implementing Virus, OS and Application patch maintenance as per industry Best Practices.● Oversee internal/external risk assessment by implementation of bi-annual penetration testing and remediation.● Make sure IT governance, audit and compliance requirements are met.
