Provide continuous feedback on trainee progress, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and company objectives.• Develop and oversee comprehensive training budgets, optimizing resource allocation to maximize program effectiveness while ensuring fiscal responsibility.• Serve as the primary point of contact for USCG licensing regulations, guiding employees through the renewal process and resolving any licensing disputes with meticulous adherence to regulatory requirements.• Manage the entire training process to ensure rigorous compliance with industry standards and regulatory mandates. Maintain meticulous documentation to support corporate compliance and regulatory audits.• Source, evaluate, and coordinate a diverse range of training programs for crew members, leveraging negotiation skills to secure optimal terms and content. Regularly evaluate and refine training methodologies to enhance program efficacy.• Drive ongoing improvements in training procedures through the establishment of robust mechanisms for assessment, feedback, and enhancement.
