From 2004-2011 I was also responsible for Arup's global strategy development on diversity and sustainability.A Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Academy of Technology and Engineering and an Honorary Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia I have been honoured to receive awards for my work, including five times as one of the 100 Most Influential Engineers in Australia (Engineers Australia) and as Finalist, CEO of the Year (Equal Opportunity in the Workplace).
