Dedicated housing professional with 27 years experience in the social housing sector. I have held a variety of roles at a variety of levels starting as an office apprentice in the housing department when leaving high school right up to the present day where I now operate as service director. I have worked in housing and neighbourhood services as a debt recovery and court officer, estate officer, senior estate officer and then into the health and housing world where I have held senior and managerial roles to deliver independent living, adaptations, mental health and wellbeing services. I have also operated as the head of service/department where my work allowed me to create customer confidence and tenancy sustainment by delivering innovative support solutions. I have collaborated with health partners and worked as programme manager for the West Yorkshire ICS. Currently my role is Service Director Technical Services where I am now responsible for delivering approx. £45m of reinvestment works, ensuring our properties for our customers remain safe, compliant and excellent.
