Led a group consisting of six squadrons and 2,200 personnel with an annual operational budget in excess of 22 million dollars. Responsible for real property assets valued at over two billion dollars. Managed annual housing, construction, and environmental programs totaling 15 million dollars, as well as more than 10 million dollars in an appropriated/non-appropriated services budget. Provided secure resource protection for 5,200 DoD stored aircraft worth eight billion dollars. Maintained more than 1,100 facilities, 1,256 housing units, and 10 dormitories on 10,663 acres. Directed supply chain and fuels for 160 aircraft and manages a 650 vehicle fleet. He was the senior management official for union arbitration and the Installation Magistrate.

Deputy Commander for a 350-person air operations center comprised of 5 divisions and 4 specialty teams. As Air and Space Operations Center Deputy Director, led center processes and product development to conduct air, space and information operations. Conducted crisis action planning for the AFSOUTH/CC as CFACC in support of the CDRUSSOUTHCOM objectives. Led counterterrorism, air mobilty, personal recovery, weather support and all other warfighting missions.

Ramstein Air Base, Germany

Second in command of a combat ready group directing operations for 790 military and 600 contract personnel executing an $81 million budget. Responsible for 3 geographical locations operating 20 C-130s, 10 C-21s, 2 C-20s, 1 C-40, and 1 C-37. Planed and executed tactical airlift aeromedical evacuation, DV airlift missions in support of three combatant commanders under austere combat conditions.

Little Rock Afb, Ar

Commanded a combat airlift squadron comprised of 12 C-130 aircraft and 222 personnel. Responsible for the efficient conduct of a $17.5 million flying hour program and an annual operating budget of $1 million dollars. Ensured squadron's capabilty to deploy worldwide on 24-hour notice to provide theater combat delivery of personnnel and supplies using airdrop and airland procedures to support contingency and humanitarian operations.

Second in command directing daily operations of a selectively manned diverse squadron directly supporting worldwide combat delivery. Provided senior leadership to 4 flights and supervised the safe training, upgrade, mentoring and professional development for 60 assigned members. Managed flight and ground training programs to maintain the group's combat readiness and contingency combat capability.
