Under my leadership, Good Super built and developed a socially responsible culture resulting in CPA risk-aligned marketing partnerships with a projected value of over $20m in 2014-5, and designed and implemented an outbound call centre and Zendesk ticketing system addressing 1,000 compliance enquiries per month with an average resolution time less than 24 hrs with 99% of enquiries handled by junior staff.
