★ Working together with the Strategic Planning Team, Executive and Board, delivered the Blood Service Strategic Plan – At the Leading Edge – with aspirational objectives and a targeted, 5-year change platform.★ Managed the annual business planning cycle – a $30 million portfolio of business improvement projects to deliver the strategic plan. Delivered the 2012/13 Business Plan and had oversight of the 2013/14, 2014/15, 2015/16, and 2016/17 business plans.★ Developed and implemented a Business Development Framework to assess the strategic fit, value proposition and financial viability of new business, approved by the Executive and boards.

★ Developed the top-ranking, Internet-based digital imaging business in Australia (Alexa 2010/2011).★ Doubled sales four times in 2010 by effectively leveraging eMarketing tools, Search Engine Optimisation and channel diversification (and by consistently delivering great products to our customers!).★ Increased profitability by improving the efficiency of the processing operation and developing the operations team. Delivered orders in full, on time and with >95% customer satisfaction.

★ Pioneered the development of technology and commercial strategies in Asia-Pacific and identified product savings of 5.8 – 28% on 170 M USD turnover.★ Managed and developed a team of professionals based in Australia, India and China to identify short-term commercial and product design actions that reduced the material cost of products in Asia-Pacific. The team identified 9 M USD of actions in 2007 and 12.5 M USD in 2008.★ Developed an enterprise SharePoint site that significantly improved business unit communication in Asia-Pacific. The site grew to reach 1,000 subscribers in nine months and delivered an average of 400 information requests daily.
