* Solely responsible for teaching IBDP Economics to Year 12 and 13 students with overall results being three 6's, four 5's and one 4 covering the two year contract.* Solely responsible for teaching and developing the IGCSE Economics program to Year 10 and 11 students.* Maintaining and developing the Edexcel Business Studies program to Year 10 and 11 students.* CAS supervisor for over a dozen students during tenure.* Initiated, developed and maintained the Year 11 research week component for Primary research for Year 11 students as well as managing the specific Business related fieldwork program.* Created and inspired students in the Choices for life extra curricula (Skills for life) program.

Successfully travelled overland from Cape Town to Cairo then from Turkey to Croatia. This trip also included Czech Republic and the UK.

In my role as Head of Innovation and Online Learning I was responsible for:* Management of Swanonline, flexible online learning offering Year 7 to 12 students the opportunity to access their education from their home location.* Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program for Year 5 to 9 students* Innovation and support for staff in the classroom* Year 11 Economics teacherPrior to these responsibilities coalescing in August 2012, I was the project manager for the BYOD program rollout from October 2010 as well as teaching Year 11 and 12 Economics.From April 2010, I became the relief manager, developing and online management of relief teachers, communicating lessons electronically to staff for the first time as well as teaching Year 11 and 12 Economics.I started with Swan Christian College in Jan 2009 as a SOSE and IT teacher, responsible for Year 11 and 12 Economics, Year 10 SOSE classes and Year 10 IT.

In this role, I was responsible for a team of six staff delivering REIV courses to real estate agents across Victoria. Due to a restructure in January 2008, this role became redundant.

Designed and redefined over 15 learning and development programs including Induction programs for Operations and State office staff including:* Consultation with management* Development and delivery to 5 State offices (65 staff)* Promotion of the new learning framework* Establish key monthly reports for managers, executives and the board

Key result achieved being the design and development of learning materials for managers and staff including:* Creating and maintaining relationships with external training providers and other stakeholders within the Australian and International World Vision offices* Leading a global HR system project team of six from several countries involving international meetings and phone conferences* Facilitating the use of a Registered Training Organisation to deliver Cert III Financial services package to the banking team

As the IT Support team leader from 2000 to 2001, my role involved:* The management of a six person help desk* Consultation with key stakeholders, at all levels of management and staff, on key IT projects* Sourcing resources for complex IT projectsDuring the period 1997 to 2000, the role of IT Training project leader involved:* Designing and delivering learning solutions across a range of software programs and to a variety of staff in house and interstate* Identifying training needs and trends across the organisation, providing appropriate learning solutions with key stakeholders including online learning opportunities
