The Gro Company was aquired by the Mayborn Group in December 2017.I continue to do my duties for the Gro brand (as below) but with a wider remit to include photography and video work for Mayborn’s brand Tommee Tippee.

Responsible for delivering a wide range of print and digital based creative projects, including branding, packaging, POS, press ads, photography, video, direct mail, eCommerce/email marketing, exhibition graphics, catalogues and literature.

• Assisted in the Zavvi brand identity rollout to the entire estate from creative to delivery in 125 stores over a three month programme.
• Planned and delivered numerous product initiatives securing exposure both public and trade wide using multi-channel strategies.
• Doubled supplier investment in the West End stores by introducing strategic new rate cards.
• Delivered a successful Christmas campaign including POS, media plan and online content.

• Support 125 Stores (UK & ROI) with instore POS
• Managed the Design and Display Team – 2 x DD Co-ordinators and 1 x Artworker
• Driving income through the internal rate cards

• Saved the business £700k+ in ad hoc POS costs over two years through promoting the use of the internal Design Studio function
