This is my main focus.Since we started, we have been passionate about developing easy to use and cost effective solutions to our clients problems. A lot of our Kespoke work is not on client facing corporate websites (although we do a significant number of those as well). It is spent on developing systems that simplify and automate a process that needs to be adopted across the whole of the company. This is especially useful for a central office that is responsible for a number of different offices and wants to roll out a new product, change an existing process, launch a new branch or just ensure that the businesses brand standards are adhered to.We are strong believers in using straightforward language, ultimately our clients have to understand what we are planning fully to be able to sign up to it. We always start by working out with our clients what their desired outcome is, and then work backwards from that to the start point.
