With expensive M&A experience, he has lead the divestment of a $500 MM chemical business line and lead the integration of 4 international acquisitions to include two production chemical/waste prevention acquisitions within the last 2 years. He has also successfully, launched 5 global product lines in both the publicly traded (Weatherford International and Schlumberger) and private equity sectors (Genesis Park). While living in Dubai, UAE for 7 years, he managed over 700 global employees and grew annual sales by $110 MM YoY and improved capital efficiency by 10% prior to divesting the global business line. He has extensively worked on offshore and onshore chemical projects throughout North America from SWD process improvement in STX USA to Production Chemical West TX to Completion and Remedial Fluids in the GoM. As a consultant, he has provided both technical and business plan due diligence to privately-held and private equity firms that focused on market penetration, profit improvement, and business expansionWith a technical background in chemistry, he has authored 9 technical papers with customers and holds 36 patents that focus on process improvement, wellbore cleaning, formation damage prevention and fluid to fluid interactions.
