Project - BIM Services strategy for Czech market- Conducted a comprehensive market analysis of BIM service providers and their service portfolios on the Czech market.- Formulated a strategy for advancing company's BIM activities on the market.III. Project - Leadership Summit for Eastern Europe- Organized a Leadership Summit for the Eastern European region aiming to train formal and matrix leaders on key areas from the new corporate strategy- 200 participants, 15% budget savings.EXTRA ACTIVITIES - Participated in interviewing prospective candidates for Outperformer Trainee Program.
