I co-managed the day-to-day operations of a non-profit program for children ages 5-15 with serious chronic illnesses such as cancer, spina bifida, and epilepsy. The organization serves approximately 430 children a year and has over 100+ medical and volunteer staff. I was responsible for designing and implementing activities, staffing, community outreach, fundraising, grant writing, and many other areas.
