I have always been fascinated by the lasting impact one can leave on society through challenging norms and approaching complex problems with creative solutions. As a student studying Human and Organizational Behavior with Economics at Vanderbilt University, I have been able to grow as a business professional who can leave this impact, orienting myself as both a creative problem solver and a community-driven leader. Recently, I have been able to put what I learned into practice by embracing the role of a student consultant at the Owen Graduate School of Management. Here, I worked on real-life consulting cases with focuses ranging from marketing to growth strategy for various clients, including a Fortune 500 company. In addition, I have been able to consult with the 180 Degrees Consulting chapter at Vanderbilt, focusing on leveraging economic principles and community development strategies to drive social impact. These experiences helped me to develop my acute critical thinking and teamwork skills, and I am eager to contribute the skillset that I have (and am still developing) to develop growth within teams.
