Today, what is needed is the ability to synthesize disparate parts into a new integrated whole. I help people do this. III. Communicate Complexity SimplyThere are people who can create new stuff. New software, new inventions, new procedures. But unless you can explain it in simple terms - what it will do for others, how it will work with your “stuff”, how it will benefit you, and how to evaluate benefits and costs - it will not reach its full potential.
