An advisor and leader for IT-enabled business transformation for 20+ years, I am now with Keen360, a specialized consultancy that allows me to help investment teams and executive teams to improve the ability of their companies to understand, engage, and serve their customers, especially in life sciences and health care. My mission at Keen360 is to enable our clients to:1) Obtain quality data and actionable insight about their markets and customers; 2) Achieve excellence in their commercial operations and customer service; and3) Realize both operational consistency and policy compliance from their workforces. Prior to joining Keen360, I served as CIO, COO, and COS (chief of staff) at the $14B Maryland Department of Health (MDH). A highlight was being a leader for a first-in-the-nation $300M program, MD-THINK, which coordinates the delivery of health and human services across a dozen public agencies for the benefit of the vulnerable and needy in my home state, Maryland.Prior to my service for the Governor and the Free State, I led IT-driven turnarounds at two private-equity growth companies. Previous to which, I was a Partner in IBM's consulting organization, where I designed, sold, and delivered solutions for customer interaction and insight (i.e., CRM). I enjoy time with my family and victory in BBQ throw-downs. I am myself a Red Sox fan; I married a Yankees fan; we are raising an Orioles fan.
