In this role I support data collection and analysis for the Office of Research & Impact in the Educator Talent Division of the Colorado Department of Education.- Analyzed Colorado’s educator licensure database using SQL for data manipulation and analysis. - Communicated project requirements to the data engineering team on modeling needed for dashboarding.- Led the development of self-service dashboards presented to a general audience online in Tableau.- Identify data inconsistencies and drive data quality initiatives with the support of a cross functional team.

Some highlights from my time as an evaluation specialist include: - Led professional development workshops for TEC staff on Qualtrics best practices and platform functionality. - Conducted qualitative interviews and analyzed transcripts using keywords in context and constant comparison analysis with NVivo software.- Led quantitative analysis of Colorado State Opioid Response's mobile support unit data.- Participated in project scoping for a federally mandated compliance initiative covering all three CU campuses (Denver/Auraria, Boulder, and Colorado Springs).

In this role I supported the evaluation of several federal and state sponsored programs, including the Colorado Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute (CCTSI) and the NSF National Resource Hub for STEM Education at Hispanic Serving Institutions. Evaluation activities for these projects included survey design, administration, and analysis; interviewing, document review, and other qualitative methods of analysis; and engaging with program administrators, participants, and funding sponsors.

Acted as a research consultant and analyst on Slover Linett's national survey effort "Culture and Community in a Time of Transformation." Work duties included data modeling using multiple and logistic regression with a complex, weighted data set of over 70,000 survey respondents; reporting and communication of results with colleagues and non-quantitative audiences; and interpretation of various statistical tests for use in a social sciences context.

As a recording technician at CU Boulder, my responsibilities were to record recitals and concerts that occurred at the Imig Music Building and CU College of Music events at surrounding venues including several churches and retirement homes. Duties included setting up recording equipment appropriate to the performance, recording the event, editing the final tracks, and creating a final copy for CU's records and the performers.

My responsibilities included shelving library books in the Howard Waltz Music Library, assisting patrons in finding and utilizing resources for research, and processing interlibrary loan items. Other duties included various large scale library projects, such as organizing special collections items and reorganizing reference section resources.
