• Responsible for the development, execution and oversight of the strategic vision for Google’s onsite health and productivity programs.• Interface with Google executives to strategize global Wellness Center growth.• Transitioned legacy staff and operations from 4 existing Google Wellness Centers. • Accountable for the launch of 3 new Wellness Centers. • Recruited and on-boarded 25 team members. Provided electronic health record, workflow and clinical competency oversight.• Incorporated chiropractic into the service mix, resulting in an estimated savings of $500K per year to Google.

• Integral member of the team that envisioned, built and launched the LifeConnections Health Center at Cisco, the second largest employer based health care facility in the United States. • Managed multiple partners and built a strong clinical team that delivers seamless care in an integrated model that includes medical, physical therapy, pharmacy, chiropractic, acupuncture, lab, radiology, wellness programs and behavioral management services.• Redefined the patient experience resulting in a patient satisfaction score of 97.8% averaged over 50,000 visits in the first 2 years of operation. • Successfully added new services, including optometry, telemedicine and radiology, to the model. • Planned, marketed and hosted numerous events to drive employees to the Health Center including skin cancer screenings, hepatitis B screening, seasonal and H1N1 flu events, bone marrow drives and educational webinars. • Toured over 150 Cisco client groups through the Health Center to showcase the unique health delivery model, value proposition and technology that drives the paperless environment. • Managed client relations with Cisco and provided responsive and appropriate customer service. Worked independently in a remote Cerner location and replicated a model that provides a new line of growth for Cerner. • Tracked to and held accountable for a $2.3 million budget.
