KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:Directed all activities for both subcontractors and company personnel during construction, and in adherence to budget, focus, and pace of projects. Scope of projects included plot layout, excavation, grading, developing foundations, concrete and masonry work, framing, drywall, tile setting, flooring, cabinetry, window and door casework, interior and exterior trim, exterior sheathing, fencing, decks, and roofing.

Constructed high-end custom single family homes, multi-residential condominiums, additions, and remodels in greater Boston Area. Supervised construction of radar towers and radar systems for Raytheon and The FAA at several airports across the country. Including pile driving and directional drilling with ground penetrating radar. Projects ranged from $7 million to $400K.
